5. Disciplinary Procedure
A copy of the school's disciplinary procedure can be found here for teaching staff and here for support staff. Staff are encouraged to tak to the Human Resources Manager, Dawn Holmes (dlh@reigategrammar.org) if they have any concerns.
6. Capability Procedure

8 Training & Development
Mary-Ann Collins oversees all aspects of training and professional development for teaching staff including a rigorous and broad internal programme of training. Staff who wish to attend additional externally training should discuss this with Mary Ann. A copy of the staff training philosophy can be found here.
NQT have a separate training programme which is run by Linda Goldsmith (LDG@reigategrammar.org)
Support staff should discuss any training and development requests with their line manager.
9. Retirement Policy

10. Paternity Leave & Pay

11. Adoption Leave & Pay

12. Pensions
The school abides by all relevant pension regulations and thus where applicable staff will be auto enrolled into a suitable pension scheme and make at least the minimum contribution required by the regulations and the scheme. Employees will be issued with letters explaining how auto enrolment will affect them and what choices they have. If you are eligible for membership of the Teachers Pension Scheme then this scheme will be used as the default scheme for auto enrolment. If you wish to opt out then you must follow the procedures laid out in the auto-enrolment letters that you will receive from the school. Details are available from Dawn Holmes (dlh@reigategrammar.org) All support staff are eligible to join the school’s pension scheme, details of which are available from Dawn Holmes (dlh@reigategrammar.org) If you wish to opt out then you must follow the procedures laid out in the auto-enrolment letters that you will receive for the school.
